Founded in 2018, WeeFin is an impact fintech aimed at professional institutions. Its SaaS ESG Connect platform gives financial players the opportunity to maximize their impact on the planet by easily integrating sustainability indicators into their investment strategy. The solution cross-references the market's numerous ESG databases, tests their quality, defines customized indicators for each strategy, and produces all the required ESG reporting, particularly in line with regulations.
In 2022, WeeFin's 30 employees supported 29 financial companies, representing a total of €596 billion in assets under management, spread across 1,335 portfolios. Weefin also provided its clients with 19 data providers and 11 public data sources to create 6, 000 ESG indicators and produce 5,000 ESG reports.
These results reinforce WeeFin's role as a catalyst for more sustainable finance, a rapidly growing theme since 76%* of French people now attach importance to the impact of investments on the environment.
To affirm its commitment to building a better, more sustainable world, WeeFin will shortly be publishing a study to assess the current level of sustainability policies. The aim is to highlight the difficulties faced by financial players in putting these sustainability policies into practice, and to give them the keys to overcoming these difficulties and maximizing the impact of their investments.
